At first being diagnosed with stage IV uterine cancer and then spending years dissecting science and circumstances before I began to incorporate my findings into lifestyle healing method: healing classes and book-designs.

I know my creative style looks boring and would not be anything like there is on the market, because the intended outcomes are completely different.It took years to design this method; that allows for active communication with our anatomical, emotional, and energetically structured bodies.

In the world of the health industry, there are no strategic languages built around creative health: not for the anatomy or energy. My work which is a detailed creation of creativity, fertility and medicine and health from both eastern and western medicine worlds.

I believe that experiential gift of my mother’s work as healer (shaman) is why I was poised to break down the barriers between the eastern and western medicine worlds. Which is why my books are also so much more than my own studies and research.

I have had a row seat to watch my mother’s work as a known healer and how she conduit new teachers in Asia including Nepal, Tibet. This opportunity to travel and be raised by her in my early childhood is my greatest innovation. Her philosophies, mythology of teaching and techniques are part of my events and classes, as you may have now seen if you have already been in my class.

I do not believe one way is the right way and I always emphasise that we are all very different bodies on very different journeys. My work is designed to challenge and grow with you. My intention for creative energy to be nourished and be conduit so reader of your own energy and you to see how it is distributed within you and your life. This vision haven’t changed in the past ten years from what I believe in and want to offer you.

I think we are afraid to admit that our bodies are designed to work perfectly, if we just let them give a time to change and time to show it for us. This wellness system is designed to give you adventure, create safe place to heal and show you the beauty of your body and its wisdom.
