In the next 2-weeks, I have designed practises that open “Dragon Energy”. I have lot of mobility. Yet I have build from previous week, the comfort of your spine. Then there are these movements where you need to be very gentle of your knees. All of the movements matter. How I hit the hip and meridians from different angle. 

I devote everyday to create content for you that is changing, challenging and make your brain active. Because your body needs to have opinions in movement, in breathing and the way you think. Your body and mind together cannot handle being taught in the same way all the time. 

Anyone who is selling you content that is keeping you exposed to same, is not really giving you the creativity you need as an artists. Simple example is fashion: the brand needs to evolve while keeping its integrity and idenity.

You are maybe not a fashion show, but I guarantee you are excited see what next season in fashion has in store for you.
