Sun in Virgo 11'22

This week at book-design I take you to think about “intense” emotions that are more deeper in mind. Patterns and habitual actions that make you stresses, sexual indulgence, over-eat, … and feel emotions that lead you towards poor life choices which deplete yin. 

Because when you’re depleted: there is hormonal deficiency, dry skin, thin bones, reproductive problems and immune weakness. 

Yin cannot replaced by food, supplements, exercise. It is BUILD within body through meditation. If you feel this week like ”Ok I’m lacking Ojas” — then your first thing is to do is to rest. Cut all out that stresses you physically and mentally. Activities (TV, media, exercise, public places). 

In order for me to get you close to your heart, this is what you really ask from you to do is to rest, you need yin.  This is why I created you two different class-designs: EA and EA Advanced. Both will be stimulating your stomach meridian, which is helping you to digest arising thoughts and memories that no longer serve you. As the book-design may bring out some of them for you; TO LET GO. Enjoy!
