1-on-1 are an opportunity for a deeper and personalised experience to go deep in desired outcome to change. So you get from where you are now to where you want to be.

Where in online studio/ membership class-designs you will be the conduit of your energy, in private sessions I customize practice to you and only act as conduit of energy out of your nervous system.

Your first session is designed to create a strong + clear vision of what you want.

Choosing a private gives you precision and attention to detail. Session is customized for your personal energy and we talk about your how we get you from where you are now to where you want to be.

We work with your anatomy, your energy and remove creative blockages that are stored in your nervous system and physique, so you get to move on to the direction of you want. Only thing you need to do is to breath.

Every session is customised and plan includes:
1x session (60 minutes)
1x bespoke recording for you to use to for 3 weeks
1x 30 minute follow up call
