Why Tracy Anderson Method?

For me, it’s about how it makes me feel. But it didn’t start with feeling this good—it’s been a journey. Here’s how my Tracy Anderson story unfolded:

2013: Took my first in-person TAM class.

2019: Began committing to 1–2 TA LIVE classes online during COVID.

2021: Became a studio member.

2023: Started doing MyMode at home.

2024: Began traveling with MyMode Elect.

It’s been a gradual evolution, and here I am now—absolutely loving the sweat and obsessed with keeping up with Tracy.

Of course, there’s been doubt—both mine and others’. Is it really fitness? Does it actually work? (yes, it does).

Tracy’s approach has raised eyebrows and even my own, but here’s the thing: her method works, and that’s what matters.

Tracy has a gift. She’s built her method on science (which I’ve stopped overanalyzing). But one thing is for sure, she deeply understands women’s bodies—across all ethnicities, ages, and genetic makeups.
