At the “EA” this week I will strengthen your cranial nervous system and keep energy pathways open so your intuition will be speaking to you through body. I activate your cranial chakra and from there show you the exact way your personal intuition works. So take notes.

This week at class-design. I work with your cranial nervous system in which the intuition arise. Intuition which is designed to give you clarity — or making you melancholic because lack of clarity.

The ability to search meaning and to sense intuition and subtlety in complex patterns require brain growth. The EA method in totality and the sounds used is powerful tool for change. It is integrated into our very cells and neurons. Activating glands, change the way we think and alter the deep subconscious mind. 

Unlike other approaches that use mediation as 21-day or 40 day cycles, I use the full power of sun’s position between earth and moon. I also understand that your mind gets bored faster than ever before. I create sequences that complete each other’s to achieve results. 

I’m certain why I design this way, how I design and create each practise and collection to fit like a perfect road map for you to discover your inner world and see the beauty of yourself. 

All the meditations I create for EA EHN COLLECTIONs are designed to fit together like a perfect road map to create light (energy) where there is imbalance in your anatomy. Most mediations, kundalini practises and other breath works; are not designed to keep you aligned with sun and moon. They offer practises but does not syncronize with nature.
