Sun in Libra 20'45

Written In The Stars? How is the trust my dear? That’s what I ask again. I remind you of. That trust is basic birthright. To have trust in yourself and all the things that sits and comes from your heart.

In the Libra 20'45 – 26'22 class-design we go back to spleen again: this class-design is tricky. What I created for your has double weight to  your nervous-system-energy path- way. (if you understand). 

What I created has more moves than previous weeks, and while I was moving it through yesterday. It took longer for me to find balance, but I was able to create you what I wanted. Because I was lacking trust, as the practice will ignite... You may move through this class-design, questioning trust.

We unlearn the trust ourselves; which influence how we trust the world and all around us.

So If you don’t get this pathway, it’s the place I wanted to guide you.  You cannot intellectually think or say “I trust” if your energy is not there. But when you trust in yourself, you can trust others.

There is intermediate and advanced for you this week. 

You know how you need to practise lighting a candle. Same here, you need to keep massaging your body’s energy pathways inside so the air activates the glandular system and energy. 

The daily practise you show-off here, creates the massaging and gives you the reps I intent to. This is the way I can keep your connective tissue, nervous- and glandular system healing and changing. 

So I want you to come to this practise daily, seeing something new.

Let this week remind to be in the present in your personal practise, not counting repetition or time.

Because I have responsibility to get you where you want to go. So don’t have this fixed attitude that 12 reps, 12reps. The body just doesn’t work in balance to get in balance.
