This week at EA COLLECTIONS: I filmed three practises for you. One if you are not menstruating, one if you are and one additional energy cleanse for the upcoming new moon on Monday.

In all practises, there is more music than in the weeks before: simply because:

to connect you with the Moon and Sun in the most harmonious way I use chanting because the power in sound.

In addition, sound synchronises right and left brain hemispheres.

This is the way I train and remodel the waves within you. Both from your heart through throat to the brain. Sound has the power to rearrange molecular structure of the brain and cells, as well as raise one’s electromagnetic field frequency.

— Tongue represents sun.

— Upper palate represents moon.

When we intercourse tongue with upper palate, we create union with both solar and lunar energies: the sun and the moon.
